Our extensive experience in managing recruitment projects such as this, removes the recruitment burden from you. Our transparent reporting system allows you to keep track of exactly what is happening at any given time.

Our Managed Service outsourcing option gives you the benefit of a large scale recruitment process, but at a fraction of the costs of the normal Contingent Search.

Retained Assignments

Retained Recruitment Assignments provide the most cost effective method of recruiting key personnel.

Shadow UK works exclusively and confidentially on your behalf to select a shortlist of suitable Candidates.

This service offers a complete recruitment consultancy service, comprising:

  • On-site Client visit to conduct in-depth analysis of the position to be filled and to compile a Candidate profile including advice on the remuneration package.
  • Database Search of our exclusive and extensive candidate pool of recruitment industry professionals.
  • Design and development of an advertising campaign or media plan. This can include the use of relevant trade journals and the confidential advertising of the position on our website.
  • Candidate response management.
  • Pre-selection interviews against agreed competency profiles.
  • Submission of a shortlist of Candidates CV’s together with interview notes.
  • Interview co-ordination with confirmation details, candidate liaison and interview follow-up.
  • Psychometric testing (optional at extra cost).
  • Interview facilities at our offices.

Recruitment Assessment Centres

Assessment Centres can take anything between 4-8 hours and allow organisations to group assess anything from 4 to 20 potential employees at any one time in any desired location across the UK. Assessment Centres really allow employers to fully evaluate potential employees against required core competencies & skills, in a rea-time working simulation. Core competencies will be defined with the employer prior to the assessment.
